Service Description

This is a one on one yoga class. Designed specifically for your needs. Teaching you the foundations of Yoga. We focus on posture, and Body mechanics creating a safe and supported practice to carry into your life. During this class we focus on building strength where weaknesses present them selves. Learning creating strength, calm and balance in yoda and in life.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for honoring our time and energy as we do yours. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time you will be charged the full amount, Due to very limited availability. Thank you and we send many Blessings Transcendence Life Center.
